         John and Kimberly have over 40 years combined in the food and Hospitality
Hospitality                         industries!

                 
                              
   Kimberly has been the manager of several well-known Columbus            
                              
   restaurants, including the famous The Top Steakhouse, as well as, been    
                              
   a  part of several amazing culinary teams in the area.  She worked with  
                              
   the 55 Group for 10 years; working in all different aspects where she
                              
   honed her hospitality and culinary skills.
                    
Since 1995, John has been the Executive Chef of several local restaurants,including La Chatelaine, R.
J. Snapper's, L'Antibes and Northstar.  He, also, had the opportunity to be one of two local chefs hired
to assist Executive and Sous Chef with menu development and production for the 150-person crew of
Cirque d' Soleil's "Corteo."

John is an award-winning chef with rave reviews from even the toughest of critics, including
Columbus's Grumpy Gourmet.
