                                     Recommended Heating Instructions For Meals

*All meals are delivered to you in microwavable containers.

Microware Instructions-
•        Remove items to be eaten from the refrigerator 20-30 minutes prior to heating.
•        As a general rule, we do not recommend heating anything on high power in the microwave

because this tends to dry-out food and leaves "hot spots."
•        Warm food on 50% power for 1-2 minutes.
•        Depending on your microwave, resume heating on 80% power for 1-2 minutes. This will

  usually warm the meal nicely.

*Please be aware that fish and scallops are slightly undercooked, depending on the variety. All steaks
are cooked to rare doneness to allow you to finish to the temperature you prefer.

Oven Instructions-
•        Remove items to be eaten from the refrigerator 20-30 minutes prior to heating.
•        Preheat oven to 350.
•        Remove food from container and place in an oven-safe container and cover the dish with lid

or foil.
•        Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warmed thoroughly.

*CONTAINERS ARE MEANT ONLY FOR MICROWAVE USE. DO NOT USE IN OVEN.
