Buying Local
We purchase most of our ingredients from farms around Ohio that subscribe to sustainable and responsible growing practices. Our produce and ingredients come from Sippel Family Farm, Flying J Farm, Northridge Organic Farm, and Stutzman Farm. We are proud members of Local Matters and Ohio Proud. Local Matters is made up of partnerships whose sole purpose is to provide information about the wholesome foods growing right in our own backyard and the advantages of supporting out local community and environment. Ohio Proud has strict requirements that help distinguish businesses that use Ohio-made and grown goods.

Delivering Green
Our deliveries are made in a Hybrid vehicle. This allows us to reduce our carbon footprint and save vital natural resources. Every little bit helps.
Recycling
About 75% of our garbage is sent to a commercial recycling center in order to be processed so that the raw materials can be reused. We encourage everyone to recycle, and we package all of our home meals in recyclable containers.

Composting
We are proud to say that 100% of our vegetable, fruit, egg shell waste is composted on site. Basically, anything we can compost we do! We use it to fertilize the gardens in order to grow herbs, tomatoes, pumpkins, squash, peppers, and other ingredients used in the home meals and quiche.
